A 50% payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the apartment. Payments can be made via credit card through a payment link, bank transfer/Red Pagos/Abitab (for bookings made from Uruguay), or Western Union (for bookings made from abroad). Cancellations are non-refundable, but if notified 15 days in advance, the amount paid can be used as credit for a future stay, valid for 3 months. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done before 10:30 am. Advance notice must be given for any visitors during the stay. The apartment is expected to be left in the same condition as received. Failure to comply with this condition may result in an extra cleaning fee. The building rules and regulations, including quiet hours and coexistence norms, must be respected at all times. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets may be allowed in some apartments, but must be confirmed in advance with The Rooms. These are only some common rules, and some of them may vary depending on the apartment.
